Attestor Limited (the “Firm”) has established a written procedure on the handling of customer complaints. All complaints should, in the first instance, be directed in writing to the Compliance Officer of the Firm, details are as follows:

The Firm endeavours to resolve complaints as quickly as possible by way of a written response. In the event a final response by the Firm is provided and you remain dissatisfied, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Details are as follows:
